Communications

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or autone cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting the autone customer support team.

You shall provide autone with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize autone to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, autone will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a specific deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period shown on the invoice.

Fee changes

autone, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

autone will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

Content found on or through this Service is the property of autone or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without our express advance written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and following Terms. You agree not to use Service:

(a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

(b) To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

(c) To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

(d) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
